  1. Line Clearance:

  2. In-Process Checks:

    • Monitor critical process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, and humidity) during production.
    • Perform real-time checks during different stages of manufacturing (e.g., granulation, blending, compression, coating, and packaging).
  3. Sampling:

    • Collect in-process and intermediate samples for testing.
    • Ensure sampling is done in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  4. Deviation Handling:

    • Identify and document any deviations during manufacturing or packaging processes.
    • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  5. Documentation:

    • Verify batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and batch packaging records (BPRs).
    • Ensure proper documentation of all in-process activities as per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  6. Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
  7. Control of Materials:

    • Verify the identity, quality, and quantity of raw materials and packaging materials used in production.
    • Monitor reconciliation of materials to avoid discrepancies.
  8. Training and Guidance:

    • Provide training to production staff on quality aspects and GMP requirements.
    • Act as a bridge between the production and quality control departments.
  9. Environmental Monitoring:

    • Monitor the manufacturing environment (e.g., air quality, microbial limits) to ensure compliance with standards.
  10. Release of Product:

    • Approve or reject intermediate and finished products based on quality checks and documentation.
