Hands-on experience of different chromatography modes like RP, HIC IEX, SEC, etc is required.
Responsible for independent planning and execution of experiments techniques include, but not limited to Chromatography, Electrophoresis, Spectrophotometric- Colorimetric assays and Higher order characterization for Biotherapeutics. Knowledge.
3 Bio Immunoassay Laboratory

Skill Set
Lead method development, qualification and technology transfer activities for bioassays and impurity assays, including HCP (Host Cell Protein), HCDNA, binding ELISA, SPR assays and BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test).
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
Oversee materials and equipment management to support laboratory operations and project needs.
Perform additional analytical tests and support routine laboratory processes as required.
4 Protein Purification Laboratory
