💼 Required Experience

5–7 years of professional experience in International Marketing or Brand Management within the pharmaceutical domain.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will contribute to strategic global growth through:

• Boosting secondary sales across assigned regions.

• Creating and implementing impactful brand strategies.

• Leading digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

• Evaluating IQVIA / EXIM datasets to derive strategic insights.

• Conducting cycle meetings, delivering sales training, and supporting SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) activities.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams for successful brand launches.

• Undertaking regional fieldwork to gather actionable market insights.

✨ Essential Skills & Competencies

Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

• A creative, analytical, and entrepreneurial approach.

• Strong knowledge of therapy areas and regulatory processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros), PowerPoint, and AI-based tools.

• Bonus: Working knowledge of French is a notable advantage.
