Skills required
- Executing chemical reactions in mg to gm scale and to synthesize required quantities of molecules/compounds as per client specifications using efficient route and techniques.
- Purification of compounds, compounds interpretation and characterization of peptide by using analytical techniques - NMR, LCMS, HPLC.
- Solid phase/ Solution phase peptide synthesis.
- Handling of diverse resins for peptide synthesis and peptide modification (cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, derivatization etc.)
- Experience in handling automated peptide synthesizers and peptide purification is desirable.
- Expertise in writing Electronic Lab Notebook.
