🧾 Position: Officer – Documentation (Production)

As an Officer in Documentation (Production), you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day documentation activities while ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient production operations.

📌 Key Details:

• Location: Poicha (Rania), Vadodara

• Experience Required: 1–5 Years

• Qualifications:

  • B.Sc.

  • M.Sc.

  • B. Pharma

  • M. Pharma

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Update production line status regularly

• Prepare and raise BMR/BPR as per plan

• Maintain QMS, BMR, BPR records accurately

• File and store documentation systematically

• Conduct daily checks on cleaning, calibration, temp/RH, pressure, hygiene, etc.

• Verify equipment usage and cleaning schedules

• Adhere to preventive maintenance and fogging schedules

• Coordinate closely with QA and Production teams

• Ensure SOP and GMP compliance

• Drive improvements in GMP-based documentation processes

🧠 Required Skills:

• Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Documentation proficiency

• Working knowledge of MS Office
