If you have a proven track record of independently managing formulation projects, especially in sustained/controlled release solid oral dosage forms, and want to thrive in an innovative environment, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Development of Sustained / Controlled /Prolonged Release solid oral dosage forms
Expertise with methacrylate co-polymers and other SR excipients
Conduct literature surveys, RLD characterization, and reformulation studies
Execution of prototype, optimization, and scale-up batches
Preparation and review of technical documentation (MFR, BOM, SOPs, Stability protocols, PDRS, Validation protocols)
Cross-functional coordination and technology transfer to the plant
Hands-on experience with RMG, FBP, Compression, Coating Machines, Roller Compactors
