1. HR & Admin

Manages recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and overall office administration.

2. Regulatory Affairs

Handles regulatory submissions, product registrations, and ensures compliance with health authority requirements.

3. Tender Manager – Institutional Sales

Manages government and hospital tenders, pricing strategy, and institutional client relationships.

4. CQA (Corporate Quality Assurance)

Oversees quality systems across all sites, ensures global compliance, and conducts corporate-level audits.

5. Downstream Fermentation – Lead & Assistant

Focuses on recovery and purification of products post-fermentation; ensures optimal yield and purity.

6. Synthetic Chemist

Designs and develops chemical processes for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates.

7. Analytical Assistant

Performs analytical testing for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using instruments like HPLC, GC.

8. International Marketing

Develops and executes global marketing strategies, manages branding, and coordinates with international clients/distributors.
