Hiring: HR Generalist - Miyapur, Hyderabad (On-site, Full-Time)

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist (2-5 years only) to manage recruitment, employee relations, and core HR operations. Responsibilities include onboarding, performance management, compliance, training coordination, engagement, payroll, and maintaining HR records.

Requirements:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, preferably within the Pharmaceutical / Software industry.

Strong knowledge of HR practices & labor laws

Proficiency in payroll and Keka HRMS

Excellent communication, data management & organizational skills

Must have a strong personality to handle diverse situations confidently

CTC: Based on experience
