Human Resource Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager with a strong. background in the manufacturing industry/food manufacturing industry capable of managing HR operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in team leadership, industrial relations, labour law compliance, and working with HRMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Operations:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

Drive HR operations across multiple manufacturing units ensuring consistency in policy implementation.

Maintain and monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for decision-making.

Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals across plants in the locations.

Set clear goals and performance expectations for the HR team.

Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Industrial Relations & Compliance:
Build and maintain strong industrial relations, especially in unionized environments.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure timely resolutions.

Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Represent the organization during labour inspections, audits, and legal proceedings.

HRMS & Process Automation:
Manage and optimize HR operations using HRMS platforms.

Oversee employee data management, payroll, attendance, leave, and performance systems.

Leverage technology to enhance employee experience and HR service delivery.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:
Lead recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across multiple sites.

Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction.

Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture:
Drive engagement and culture-building activities across locations.

Conduct regular employee connects, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

Foster a work environment that promotes safety, respect, diversity, and inclusion.

Others:
MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources or related field.

10-14 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setups.

Proven experience in managing multi-location HR operations.

Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and data-driven HR operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel to plant locations as required

Experience - 10+ Years

Education - MBA/PGDM/MSW
