Responsibilities:
Review online documentation & cGMP compliance.
Preparation of the QC organogram.
Prepared of SOP, STP, GTP, Method of analysis, Protocol, investigation report, change control, deviation etc. documents.
Analysis of Bulk, Finish product sample.
Training and monitoring of training activities.
Provides solution to analytical problems.
Keeps updated on Good Laboratory Practices.
Working standard management.
Responsible for monitoring the quality pertaining of products.
Distribution of bulk, intermediate & finish product sample for analysis.
HPLC & GC Column Management.
Review the Chromatographic Generated data.
Stock Maintain Instrument Accessory.
Calibration of All Instrument and Maintained their record.
Training and qualification of new joinee.
Monitoring of the compliance of QC Lab.
