• 1+ years of experience working in the biotechnology industry.
• Strong attention to detail with thorough accuracy in all tasks.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and quickly build relationships with sponsors.
• Effective multitasking skills to efficiently handle a variety of responsibilities.
• Ideally, you will have 1+ years of laboratory science experience in the biotechnology field with a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day operations.

Description
- Project planning and launch: Work with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budget constraints. Launch projects with clear goals, roles, and responsibilities.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and foster a collaborative, goal-driven environment as the leader of a multidisciplinary project team. Effectively communicate project goals, intermediate objectives, and expectations to team members to ensure everyone shares the project vision.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project schedule or quality. Proactively develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Client Communication: Serve as the client's first point of contact and provide regular updates on project progress, milestone achievements, and deliverables. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by promptly addressing queries and concerns.
- Quality Compliance: Oversees adherence to regulatory guidelines, industry standards and ICON's standard operating procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Maintains the highest level of quality and compliance in all project activities.
- Budget and Resource Management: Efficiently manage project budgets and resources to optimize utilization and cost-effectiveness. Monitor expenses and provide timely financial reports to stakeholders.
- Project Evaluation: Conduct a comprehensive project evaluation to identify areas for improvement and best practices. Use lessons learned to enhance your future project management strategy.
