HR Generalist
Maintain daily & monthly contract Labour Management report Taking care of time keeping activity. i.e. attendance, leave, overtime, c-off, PF, ESIC etc.
• Handling payroll software like Saral and Cosec. Contract Labour management
Manpower Planning, manpower deployment record etc. Post notices/ circulars on the Notice board from time to time.
• Transportation, and canteen Administration.
Maintain Employee Attendance in Biometric Attendance system.
• Maintain employee attendance and submit the requirement data to the Accounts department for monthly payroll activates
• Responsible for all documentation. Handle Exit formalities of out-going employees. Issue relieving Letters & experience letter. process of the Full & Final settlements,
• Verify and check the Contract Labour register(Attendance Register, O.T Register, Leave Register, I card Register.
• Check and verify compliance documents (P.F Challan, ESIC Challan & Other compliances & other various applicable Industrials laws)
• GPA/GMC (Insurance Management)
Plant HR Activities
Return of employment exchange (ER1 & ER2)
• Reimbursement of allowances (LTA Payment)
Process of education benefit
• Liaison with various government offices
Required Skills: Software skills(Saral, Cosec), Advance Excel (VLOOKUP & Othersformula), Pivot Table & Pivot chat) & Ready to work in shift.
