CRA II or Senior CRA, French-Speaking

We are currently seeking a CRA II or Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a CRA II or Senior Clinical Research Associate, you'll work within a large-scale, fast-paced environment alongside a close-knit team of highly qualified CRAs to identify, select, initiate and close-out investigational sites for clinical studies in phases II - IV, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and principles of ICH-GCP. What You Will Be Doing:
- Working independently and actively to coordinate activities to set up and monitor a study, completing accurate study status reports and maintaining study documentation
- Submission of protocol, consent documents for ethics/IRB approval and assistance in preparing regulatory submissions as requested
- Participate in preparing and reviewing study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals as required
- Balancing sponsor generated queries efficiently and responsibly for study cost-effectiveness
- Dependent on level of experience you may assist in training and mentoring less expert CRA's and/or lead CRA's working on international projects
Your Profile:
- 12 + months of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials as a CRA
- Knowledge of ICG GCP guidelines and expertise to review and evaluate medical data
- You will possess excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines within a pressurized environment
- Remote except for Monitoring in which you will travel as per next bullet
- You will be asked to travel at least 60% of the time (international and domestic -fly and drive) and should possess a valid driving license.

Position - Clinical Research Assistant II
- Work independently and proactively to coordinate all activities necessary to implement and monitor a study, complete progress reports accurately, and maintain study-related documentation
- Submit protocols, consent documents for approval to independent ethics committees/review boards and assist in the preparation of applications to regulatory authorities as requested.
- Participate in the preparation and review of study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals as required
- Manage requests from the sponsor effectively and be accountable for the cost-effectiveness of the study
- Depending on your level of experience, you could help train and mentor less experienced ARCs and/or manage ARCs working on international projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months of independent and active experience in field surveillance - all types of visits.
- Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and expertise in reviewing and evaluating medical data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, allowing you to manage requests in a timely manner
- Ability to produce rigorous work under tight deadlines and in a demanding environment
