About the Role

Lupin Limited is conducting a major Walk-In Recruitment Event for its state-of-the-art Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility in MiHAN, Nagpur. They are seeking experienced professionals across Production, QA, and QC to support high-volume manufacturing for US, EU, and global markets.

Key Openings & Department Breakdown

1. Production (Oral Solid Dosage)

Key Tasks: Operations and supervision of Granulation (RMG, FBD), Compression (Korsch, Fette), Coating (Autocoater), and automated Packaging lines. Online execution of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) per cGMP norms.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.

2. Quality Assurance (QA)

Key Tasks: IPQA monitoring, equipment qualification, cleaning validation, shop-floor compliance, handling CAPA, deviations, and review of executed BMR/BPR documentation.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.

3. Quality Control (QC)

Key Tasks: Analytical testing of finished products, stability samples, and raw materials using HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and UV-Vis. Ensuring strict compliance with data integrity (ALCOA+) principles.
Qualification: M.Sc (Analytical / Organic Chemistry) or B.Pharm.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2 to 7 years in USFDA or MHRA-approved formulation plants.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Empower software, automated processing equipment, and QMS tools.
Compliance: Strong understanding of cGMP regulations, WHO guidelines, and safety standards.
