About the Role

Cipla Limited is conducting a large-scale Walk-In Recruitment Event for experienced pharmaceutical professionals across its manufacturing units. They are hiring talent for OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), Aerosol/MDI, Sterile Manufacturing, Engineering, and Store Operations.

Key Openings & Department Breakdown

1. Production (Sterile, Aerosol & OSD)

  • Key Tasks: Operating MDI/Aerosol filling lines, sterile area maintenance, media fill runs, FFS/BFS/PFS machine operations, and tablet/capsule manufacturing processes.
  • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma in Engineering.

2. Engineering & Utilities

  • Key Tasks: Preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery, HVAC systems, sterile water systems (PW/WFI), and instrumentation troubleshooting.
  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.

3. Stores & Warehouse

  • Key Tasks: Receiving, Dispensing, and Storage of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM). Managing SAP inventory transactions, audit compliance, and cold chain handling.
  • Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / Any Graduate with relevant warehouse experience.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1 to 8 years of core experience in cGMP-regulated formulation or sterile manufacturing facilities.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with automated manufacturing equipment, SAP compliance, and environmental monitoring systems.
  • Compliance: High adherence to USFDA, MHRA, and WHO safety and quality standards.
