About the Role

Mankind Pharma is holding a dedicated Walk-In Recruitment Event for its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing plants located in Paonta Sahib. They are looking for dynamic candidates in API Production operations and Quality Control testing to support ongoing facility expansion.

Key Openings & Department Breakdown

1. Production (API Operations)

Key Tasks: Operating reactors, centrifuges, fluid bed dryers (FBD), and micronizers. Executing online batch manufacturing records (BMR), monitoring chemical reactions, and ensuring strict adherence to site safety (EHS) and cleanroom protocols.
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Tech (Chemical Engineering).

2. Quality Control (QC - API Analysis)

Key Tasks: Chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, intermediate compounds, and finished active ingredients using HPLC, GC-HS, UV-Vis, and titrators. Maintaining laboratory logbooks and executing OOS/OOT investigations in line with ALCOA+ standards.
Qualification: M.Sc (Organic or Analytical Chemistry) / B.Pharm.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2 to 7 years in cGMP-compliant API or Bulk Drug manufacturing environments.
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of chromatography data software (Empower), solvent recovery processes, and routine lab instrument troubleshooting.
Compliance: Thorough understanding of WHO-GMP guidelines, local pollution control norms, and safety regulatory standards.
