About the Role

Torrent Pharmaceuticals is hosting an exclusive Walk-In Recruitment Drive for its USFDA-approved injectable formulation facility located in Indrad. They are recruiting experienced quality professionals across Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) to support commercial production and global market compliance.

Key Openings & Department Breakdown

1. Quality Assurance (QA - Injectables)

Key Tasks: IPQA monitoring during aseptic filling, terminal sterilization, and visual inspection. Overseeing Equipment Qualification, Media Fills, Computer System Validation (CSV), Change Control, Deviation handling, and CAPA management.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.

2. Quality Control (QC - Analytical & Sterility)

Key Tasks: Hands-on analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and Karl Fischer. Performing sterility testing, bacterial endotoxin testing (BET), and environmental monitoring (EM) for cleanroom areas.
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Organic, Analytical Chemistry, or Microbiology) / B.Pharm.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2 to 8 years of core experience in sterile injectable / parenteral manufacturing units.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Empower 3 CDS software, LIMS, and working knowledge of isolator technology and cGMP guidelines.
Compliance: In-depth knowledge of ALCOA+ data integrity, USFDA 21 CFR Part 210/211 guidelines, and EU-GMP Annex 1 standards.
