About the Role

Granules India, a leading high-volume pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise, is organizing a dedicated Walk-In Drive for Fresh Graduates. Selected candidates will undergo a 1-year structured industrial training program across wet chemistry laboratories, instrumental analysis (HPLC/UV), and shop-floor IPQA monitoring.

Openings & Department Breakdown

1. Quality Control (QC) Trainee

Key Tasks: Training on wet chemistry testing, raw material analysis, reagent preparation, dissolution, and operating basic analytical equipment like UV-Vis spectrophotometers and pH meters.
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.

2. Quality Assurance (QA / IPQA) Trainee

Key Tasks: Training on shop-floor line clearance, line inspection during tablet compression and packaging, batch record verification (BMR/BPR), and basic cGMP documentation protocols.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Eligible Candidates: Batches of 2024, 2025, and 2026 fresh graduates.
Key Skills: Fundamental knowledge of analytical chemistry and core pharmaceutical principles, basic MS Office skills, and strong written/verbal communication.
Key Traits: Meticulous attention to detail, strong willingness to learn on-the-job, and adaptability to shift rotations.
