This role offers an entry point into tech-enabled clinical research services, where trainees will receive structured training on safety data processing, medical terminology coding, and clinical database maintenance for global pharma sponsors.

Key Openings & Responsibilities

1. Safety & Data Trainee

Data Verification: Review incoming clinical and post-marketing adverse event reports for completeness and accuracy against clinical source documents.
Database Entry: Input validated patient profiles, medical histories, and safety data into standardized clinical safety databases under supervision.

2. Medical Coding Trainee

Standardized Coding: Learn and apply initial medical coding terms using standardized dictionaries such as MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionary.
Quality Audits: Perform initial quality and consistency checks on safety narratives and tabular data listings.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: Pharm.D / M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc or B.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, or Nursing (Batches of 2024, 2025, or 2026).
Experience: Freshers (0 to 1 year of academic project or internship experience).
Key Skills: Fundamental knowledge of human anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology; basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
