About the Role

Virchow Biotech is hosting a major Walk-In Hiring Drive exclusively for Fresh Science & Pharmacy Graduates. Selected candidates will undergo hands-on industrial training across their state-of-the-art Biologics Manufacturing, LVP (Large Volume Parenterals), and Injectable Facility units.

Key Openings & Department Breakdown

1. Biologics & R&D Trainee

Role Focus: Upstream/downstream processing, cell culture maintenance, and analytical assay testing for biological products.
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry.

2. Injectable & LVP Operations Trainee

Role Focus: Supporting aseptic filling operations, cleanroom sanitization, visual inspection, and online batch execution records.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech / M.Tech / ITI.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Eligible Degrees: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, M.Tech, ITI (Batches of 2024, 2025, or 2026).
Experience: Freshers (0 to 1 year).
Key Traits: Basic understanding of sterile cGMP guidelines, good written documentation skills, and readiness to work in manufacturing/R&D rotational shifts.
