About the Role

ICON plc, a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO), is conducting a dedicated Walk-In Drive for Fresh Graduates. Selected candidates will join the Clinical Operations unit to assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Project Managers in managing international clinical trials, investigator site administration, and trial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • TMF Management: Assist in maintaining and auditing the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) to ensure all essential clinical study documents are accurate, up-to-date, and inspection-ready.
  • Site Coordination: Track study site communications, ethics committee (IEC/IRB) approvals, protocol amendments, and investigator site files (ISF).
  • Clinical Supplies Tracking: Monitor drug supply shipments, clinical lab kit logistics, and site inventory tracking across active trial centers.
  • Data Tracking: Update Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) with site milestone metrics, subject recruitment numbers, and monitoring visit logs.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Qualification: Pharm.D / M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc or B.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Clinical Research (Batches of 2024, 2025, or 2026).
  • Experience: Freshers (0 to 1 year of academic project work, clinical internship, or research exposure).
  • Key Skills: Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial lifecycle basics, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Key Traits: High organizational capability, attention to detail, and a keen interest in building a long-term career in global clinical operations.
