About the Role

Parexel, one of the world's leading Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), is hosting a major Walk-In Recruitment Drive for Freshers. As a Trainee Safety Data Analyst, you will be trained to assist global pharma sponsors in monitoring post-marketing and clinical trial adverse events, ensuring compliance with international drug safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Adverse Event Logging: Triage, review, and enter incoming individual case safety reports (ICSRs) into safety databases under senior guidance.
Medical Coding: Learn and assign standard medical terminology codes using MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionary.
Narrative Assistance: Help draft medical case summaries detailing reported side effects, patient medical history, and clinical outcomes.
Data Consistency Checks: Verify case data against source documents to maintain 100% data integrity and accuracy before regulatory submission.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: Pharm.D / M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Nursing (Batches of 2024, 2025, or 2026).
Experience: Freshers (0 to 1 year of academic project work or internship experience).
Key Skills: Core understanding of pharmacology, basic medical terminology, and strong proficiency in written English.
