About the Role

Zydus Lifesciences is organizing a major Walk-In Recruitment Drive for its flagship Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. They are seeking experienced pharmaceutical professionals across Production and Quality Control to support expanded commercial manufacturing operations for international regulated markets.

Key Openings & Department Breakdown

1. Production (Oral Solid Dosage)

  • Key Tasks: Operating and supervising high-speed compression, granulation (RMG/FBD), fluid bed coating, and automated blister packaging lines. Online BMR/BPR documentation execution in compliance with cGMP.
  • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.

2. Quality Control (QC - Formulations)

  • Key Tasks: Analytical testing of finished products, stability samples, and raw materials using HPLC, GC, dissolution, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers. Handling OOS/OOT investigations and maintaining laboratory data integrity per ALCOA+ principles.
  • Qualification: M.Sc (Organic / Analytical Chemistry) or B.Pharm / M.Pharm.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2 to 7 years in USFDA/MHRA approved formulation manufacturing plants.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Empower software (for QC) and automated manufacturing equipment operating systems.
  • Compliance: Sound knowledge of cGMP regulations, WHO guidelines, and strict cleanroom protocols.
