About the Role

Fortrea, a leading global contract research organization (CRO), is hosting an entry-level recruitment drive to onboard fresh Life Sciences postgraduates and pharmacy professionals into its Clinical Operations academy. CRA Trainees will undergo structured training on site monitoring, regulatory compliance, protocol adherence, and clinical trial site management.

Openings & Key Learning Streams

1. Clinical Site Management & Monitoring (Trainee)

• Key Learning Areas: Assisting senior CRAs with pre-study site selection, site initiation visits (SIV), routine monitoring visit preparations, and close-out activities. Learning source data verification (SDV) procedures and trial master file (TMF) auditing.
• Qualification: Pharm.D / M.Pharm (Pharmacy Practice / Clinical Pharmacy) or M.Sc in Life Sciences / Clinical Research.

2. Clinical Trial Coordination (Trainee)

• Key Learning Areas: Managing investigator site files (ISF), tracking ethics committee (EC/IRB) approvals, monitoring essential document workflows, and coordinating clinical supply logistics with investigative sites.
• Qualification: B.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or Microbiology.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

• Educational Background: Pharm.D, M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc in Life Sciences / Clinical Research (2024, 2025 & 2026 Passouts).
• Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, and degree programs (no standing backlogs).
• Skills: Solid foundation in ICH-GCP guidelines, medical terminology, and GCP regulatory frameworks. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills.
