About the Role

Parexel, a premier global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is conducting an entry-level hiring drive for fresh life sciences postgraduates and medical graduates. Selected trainees will join the Medical Communications and Regulatory Writing practice, receiving structured training in authoring clinical study documentation, manuscripts, and regulatory submission summaries.

Openings & Key Learning Streams

1. Regulatory Medical Writing (Trainee)

• Key Learning Areas: Assisting senior medical writers in authoring Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), Patient Narratives, Clinical Trial Protocols, Investigator’s Brochures (IBs), and Subject Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) per ICH E6/E3 guidelines.
• Qualification: Pharm.D / M.Pharm / M.Sc in Pharmacology, Physiology, or Biochemistry.

2. Scientific & Medical Communications (Trainee)

• Key Learning Areas: Training in drafting peer-reviewed journal manuscripts, congress abstracts, slide decks, and scientific poster presentations based on clinical trial data.
• Qualification: Pharm.D / M.Pharm / M.Sc / MBBS / BDS.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

• Educational Background: Pharm.D, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Life Sciences/Biochemistry/Pharmacology), MBBS, or BDS (2024, 2025 & 2026 Passouts).
• Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA across post-graduation/graduation with no standing backlogs.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional written English skills, strong scientific comprehension, familiarity with AMA (American Medical Association) style guidelines, and high proficiency in MS Word & PowerPoint.
