About the Role
Wipro’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Business Unit is organizing a freshers recruitment drive for its Commercial Operations division. Selected candidates will be trained in commercial sales analytics, pharmaceutical master data management (MDM), CRM administration (Veeva Systems), and incentive compensation management for global pharma clients.
Openings & Key Learning Streams
1. Commercial Data Analytics & Veeva CRM (Trainee)
- Key Learning Areas: Assisting sales operations teams with territory management, practitioner data validation, field force alignment, and maintaining CRM data integrity across Veeva Network and Salesforce platforms.
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
2. Commercial Reporting & Business Intelligence (Trainee)
- Key Learning Areas: Hands-on training in generating commercial performance dashboards, sales trend analysis, data cleansing, and automated reporting using Power BI and MS Excel.
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / BBA / MBA.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, BBA, or MBA (2024, 2025 & 2026 Passouts).
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, and degree courses (no active backlogs).
- Skills: Strong numerical and analytical reasoning, basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, and good verbal and written communication skills in English.
