This program offers fresh graduates hands-on training in pharmaceutical microbiology, cleanroom environmental monitoring, and biosafety protocols per global regulatory standards.
Openings & Key Learning Streams
1. Environmental Monitoring & Utilities Testing (Trainee)
- Key Learning Areas: Hands-on experience in cleanroom air monitoring (active air sampling, settle plates), surface swab sampling, compressed air testing, and purified water sampling/testing.
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, or Biotechnology.
2. General Microbiology & Media Prep (Trainee)
- Key Learning Areas: Training in preparation and growth promotion testing (GPT) of culture media, bioburden testing, microbial limit testing (MLT), autoclave operation, and maintaining strain culture logs per cGMP.
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Educational Background: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, or Biotechnology (2024, 2025 & 2026 Passouts).
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% aggregate in graduation/post-graduation with no active backlogs.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of aseptic techniques, microbial identification methods, standard laboratory safety protocols, and MS Office.
- General: Good written and spoken communication skills and willingness to work in rotational plant shifts.
