Detailed Scope of Work & Responsibilities
1. Analytical Testing & Instrument Handling
- Analysis of Raw Materials, In-Process, Finished Products, and Stability samples using advanced analytical tools (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, KF Titrator, and Dissolution Apparatus).
- Operations using CDS software (Empower 3) in strict compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines and ALCOA+ data integrity standards.
- Calibration, routine maintenance, and volumetric solution standardization for QC laboratory instruments.
2. Lab Compliance & Investigations
- Handling laboratory investigation workflows for Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and Unconfirmed Test Results.
- Preparation and review of Analytical Test Reports (ATR), Specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Adherence to cGMP norms and readiness for global regulatory inspections (USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA).
