1. Bioanalytical R&D (Gandhinagar R&D Centre)

• Qualifications: M.Pharm / M.Sc (Analytical / Bio-analytical Chemistry)
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Method development, validation, and sample analysis using LC-MS/MS, SPE, and LLE extraction techniques for drug substance and bio-equivalence studies.
  • Routine maintenance, calibration, and operation of high-sensitivity mass spectrometers in compliance with GLP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Assisting in bioanalytical study report generation for USFDA, EMA, and ANVISA regulatory filings.

2. Quality Control (QC - Formulation & Finished Products)

• Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Testing finished products, stability samples, and raw materials using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and KF titrators.
  • Data processing and audit trail management using Empower CDS software strictly following 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines and ALCOA+ data integrity norms.
  • Laboratory investigation management for OOS, OOT, and Unconfirmed Test Results.
