- Structural characterization of impurities, degradation products, and extractables & leachables (E&L).
- Adherence to ICH Q2(R1) guidelines, electronic lab notebooks (ELN), and 21 CFR Part 11 data integrity compliance under CDS platforms (Empower 3).
2. Formulation R&D (F&D - Oral Solids & Injectables)
- Qualifications: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) / Ph.D.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Formulation design, execution, and lab-scale process development for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms, Sterile Injectables, and Complex Drug Delivery Systems.
- Applying Quality by Design (QbD) principles, Design of Experiments (DoE), and scale-up studies from lab to pilot plant.
- Stability testing evaluation and technology transfer documentation to commercial manufacturing units.
