About the Role
Accenture Life Sciences practice is hosting a flagship entry-level hiring drive for fresh pharmacy and life sciences graduates. Selected candidates will be trained in global clinical database review, medical term coding, and safety case management to support international pharmaceutical enterprise clients.
Openings & Key Learning Streams
1. Clinical Data Management (CDM - Trainee)
- Key Learning Areas: Understanding clinical trial lifecycle, Electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) navigation, data discrepancy resolution, edit check review, and basic query workflow in Medidata Rave / Oracle Clinical.
- Qualification: B.Pharm / Pharm.D / B.Sc or M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
2. Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety (PV - Trainee)
- Key Learning Areas: Fundamentals of adverse event intake, medical term identification, basic MedDRA dictionary coding, initial database entry in Argus Safety, and regulatory timeline compliance.
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Sc in Life Sciences.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, or B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Science streams (2024, 2025 & 2026 graduates).
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA across 10th, 12th, and degree courses (no active backlogs).
- Skills: Good understanding of human anatomy and physiology, strong verbal/written English communication, and basic proficiency in MS Excel.
