Detailed Department Breakdown

1. Quality Control (QC - API / Formulations)

• Qualifications: M.Sc (Chemistry / Organic Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Testing and analysis of Raw Materials, Intermediates, Finished Products, and Stability samples using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and Wet Chemistry.
  • Operation of CDS software (Empower 3) in adherence to 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines and data integrity standards.
  • Assisting in handling OOS, OOT, and laboratory investigation reports.

2. Quality Assurance (QA - IPQA & QMS)

• Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Performing In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing and packaging.
  • Handling QMS documentation including Deviations, Change Controls, CAPA, and vendor qualification records.
  • Reviewing Executed Batch Production Records (eBPR) and cleaning validation protocols.

3. API Production & Manufacturing

• Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / Chemical Engineering / B.Pharm
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Handling reactors (GLR/SSR), centrifuges, dryers (FBD, VD, RCVD), and distillation units in compliance with cGMP.
  • Execution of batch manufacturing records (BMR) and shift yield optimization.
