1. Biologics Production (Upstream & Downstream)

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology) | M.Sc (Microbiology / Biochemistry)
• Core Skills: Fermentation, Bioreactor handling, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), column chromatography, and bulk vaccine formulation under WHO-cGMP guidelines.

2. Quality Assurance (QA - Biologics)

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
• Core Skills: In-process line clearances, execution of Deviations, CAPA, Change Controls, OOS investigation management, and equipment qualification/validation.

3. Quality Control (QC - Biological & Environmental Testing)

• Education: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology) / B.Pharm
• Core Skills: LAL endotoxin testing, sterility testing, bioburden analysis, ELISA assays, and environmental monitoring of cleanroom suites (Class A–D).
