Qualification & Technical Requirements

| Instrument Expertise | Advanced hands-on experience in HPLC, UHPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, Mass Spectrometry, and Dissolution Testers (USP I & II). |
| Methodology | Stability-indicating method development (SIMD), impurity profiling, degradation studies, and method transfer to QC sites. |
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and validate stability-indicating analytical methods in accordance with ICH guidelines (Q2R1).
- Author and review analytical method validation protocols, reports, and specification datasheets for regulatory filings (DMF / ANDA).
- Troubleshoot complex chromatographic issues and maintain strict compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 data integrity standards.
