2. Asst. Manager – Production

   • Experience: 7–12 Years

   • Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.E./B.Tech (Chemical)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all plant production activities

• Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and lean initiatives

• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and preventive maintenance programs

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering teams

• Mentor and manage supervisors, technicians, and operators

• Deliver consistent performance and report progress to senior leadership
