Key Responsibilities

Lead DoE Execution & Analysis

Design and interpret experiments for upstream process development.

Drive technical discussions and lead investigations for improved process outcomes.

Operate Bioreactors & Fermenters

Manage equipment for mammalian and microbial upstream processes.

Apply expertise in molecular biology, fermentation, bioreactor engineering, and analytics.

Perform In-Process Analysis

Analyze samples for metabolites, cell counts, and other critical parameters to ensure product quality.

Ensure Quality Compliance

Prepare and maintain documentation.

Follow strict quality procedures for process development and technology transfer.

Facilitate Technology Transfer

Collaborate with manufacturing teams.

Prepare and manage documentation during technology transfer phases.
