This role is ideal for candidates with 8–10 years of experience in R&D upstream processing who are passionate about innovation, process excellence, and biotechnology advancements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead DoE Execution & Analysis

   • Design and interpret experiments for upstream process development.

   • Drive technical discussions and lead investigations for improved process outcomes.

2. Operate Bioreactors & Fermenters

   • Manage equipment for mammalian and microbial upstream processes.

   • Apply expertise in molecular biology, fermentation, bioreactor engineering, and analytics.

3. Perform In-Process Analysis

   • Analyze samples for metabolites, cell counts, and other critical parameters to ensure product quality.

4. Ensure Quality Compliance

   • Prepare and maintain documentation.

   • Follow strict quality procedures for process development and technology transfer.

5. Facilitate Technology Transfer

   • Collaborate with manufacturing teams.

   • Prepare and manage documentation during technology transfer phases.
