This exciting role sits within the Formulation Research & Development (FRD) department, specifically in the Formulation Development Scientist section, and it offers a platform to lead innovation, manage projects, and drive pharmaceutical product success.

📍 Job Location:

• Base Location: Navi Mumbai

🧪 Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

• M. Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)

Experience:

• 9–12 years of hands-on experience in formulation development, specifically solid oral dosage forms.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Proven expertise in development, regulatory filing, and resolving queries for complex solid dosage forms such as:
  • IR (Immediate Release)
  • XR (Extended Release)
  • ODT (Orally Disintegrating Tablets)
  • Taste-Masked Formulations
• Strong grasp of product lifecycle management and regulatory documentation
• Capable of leading and mentoring a team of 4–6 formulation scientists and technicians
• Experienced in handling multiple projects within defined timelines and budget
• Proficient in technical writing and reviewing, ensuring documentation aligns with quality standards
• Able to collaborate effectively with CMOs, clients, and cross-functional teams (CFTs)
