Qualification:
- M. Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
Experience:
- 9–12 years of hands-on experience in formulation development, specifically solid oral dosage forms.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Proven expertise in development, regulatory filing, and resolving queries for complex solid dosage forms such as:
- IR (Immediate Release)
- XR (Extended Release)
- ODT (Orally Disintegrating Tablets)
- Taste-Masked Formulations
- Strong grasp of product lifecycle management and regulatory documentation
- Capable of leading and mentoring a team of 4–6 formulation scientists and technicians
- Experienced in handling multiple projects within defined timelines and budget
- Proficient in technical writing and reviewing, ensuring documentation aligns with quality standards
- Able to collaborate effectively with CMOs, clients, and cross-functional teams (CFTs)
