🔹 Production Department

Roles: Associate (Operator), Officer, Executive (Shift Incharge), Manager

Experience: 2 to 15 years
Qualification: Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Skills: Handling injectable & ophthalmic formulations, QMS, autoclave & isolator operations.

🔹 Quality Assurance (QA)

Roles: Officer, Executive, Manager

Experience: 5 to 15 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Skills: QMS & compliance, validation, aseptic core monitoring, IPQA.

🔹 Quality Control (QC)

Roles: Officer, Executive

Experience: 3 to 8 years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
Skills: HPLC, UV, GC, Karl Fischer, Autotitrator, dissolution studies.

🔹 Microbiology

Roles: Officer, Executive, Manager

Experience: 3 to 15 years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Skills: Environment monitoring, sterility, PET, BET, water testing.
