About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving project success from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Leading end-to-end project execution while ensuring clarity in scope, timelines, and stakeholder deliverables.
✅ Facilitating seamless tech transfers from R&D to manufacturing, particularly for custom APIs.
✅ Owning project delivery with a focus on On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance.
✅ Communicating effectively in a matrix organization, handling both internal and external stakeholders.
✅ Proactively assessing risks and applying mitigation strategies to secure project success.
✅ Maintaining strong relationships with customer project managers and sales teams.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Proven experience in custom API tech transfer and manufacturing.
🔹 Strong project management skills aligned with SOPs and PM standards.
🔹 A collaborative mindset with customer-facing experience.
