Job Description:
1. Manage Intermediates production, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans for Intermediates manufacturing.
3. Lead cross-functional teams for new product introductions, process development, and optimization.
4. Ensure capacity expansion, debottlenecking, and equipment upgrades.
5. Foster relationships with regulatory agencies, customers, and suppliers.
6. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for Intermediates production.
7. Mentor and develop junior managers and team leaders.
8. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and industry benchmarking.
