Premium International Injectable (PVT) LTD Hiring MB Executive/Officer

Premium International Injectable (PVT) LTD, a leading sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is inviting applications for the position of MB Executive/MB Officer. This is an excellent career opportunity for candidates with strong expertise in microbiology and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. The project is currently in the development stage and is located in BOI, Export Processing Zone, Koggala.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Media preparation, autoclave operations, environmental monitoring, and facility sample collection.
• Conducting microbiological analysis on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products, and other samples as per standard testing procedures.
• Interpreting analysis results and performing growth promotion tests for microbial culture media.
• Handling microbial cultures, including Master Stock Cultures and Culture suspensions.
• Preparing trend analysis and reports.
• Operating and calibrating lab equipment such as PH meters, top-loading balances, autoclaves, water baths, incubators, and active air samplers.
• Writing and reviewing SOPs & protocols related to microbiology testing and equipment.
• Completing logbooks and analytical data sheets with accurate online entries.
• Adhering to SOPs, GMP, GLP, and GDP standards.
• Managing change control, deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) issues, and CAPA processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc. in Microbiology or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory.
• Ability to work in aseptic environments, with experience in gowning procedures and PPE usage.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• High-level computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows-based systems and MS Office.
